1. Do you charge tax?

Yes, all purchases are subject to sales tax.

 

2. I bought something online that I need to exchange/return. Can I do that at your upcoming pop-up?

Yes, absolutely!

Most* items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 21 days** of the order arriving at its destination (determined by Canada Post tracking number) as long as they are in new condition, never worn, washed, and still have the tags attached. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

* Some items will be final sale for hygienic reasons. These include: hosiery, belly bands, creams, lotions, tea, sprays, and underwear. Seasonal Clearance items will also be final sale and will be noted in the description.

** Returned is defined as being received by Mama's Beans Boutique within 21 days.

All of that being said, we do not bring every item that we carry with us to pop-up shops.  Please email us at jacqueline@mamabeansboutique.com 48 hours before a pop-up if there is a specific item that you want to exchange for.

 

3. I bought something at a pop-up and need to return or exchange it. How do I do this?

We truly hope you love your purchases, but if for some reason you are unhappy please let us know. 

Returns

Exchanges

Most* items can be exchanged for a different size or item within 21 days** of the order arriving at its destination (determined by Canada Post tracking number) as long as they are in new condition, never worn, washed, and still have the tags attached.  The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. 

We will charge you for the new item and send it out right away.  That way you won't have to wait long for it.  Once we receive the returning package, you will be refunded its value.  There will not be any additional shipping charges on sending out the new item.  Limit of one exchange qualifying for free shipping under this policy.

4. How can I get ahold of you?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We ship with Canada Post regular parcel shipping. Their delivery time is 2 days locally, up to 5 days regionally, and up to 9 days nationally. You will be provided with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel on its journey to its new home. 

 

6. What size maternity clothes should I buy?

In most cases you should order the same size you always wear. Maternity clothes are designed to accommodate for your growing and changing body.  For specific details please see our sizing charts available in the images of each item or by clicking here.

 

7. Can I buy a gift card?

Yes!

If you purchase a gift card online, it will come in an email immediately after the transaction goes through. It’s a very easy last minute birthday, holiday, or baby shower gift. It will be sent to the email provided in the checkout. 

If you visit us in person at one of our pop up shops you can also purchase a physical gift card.
